3. Client Responsibilities
Clients engaging with Arabian Chartered Accountants LLC are required to:

Communicate promptly for smooth delivery of services.
Comply with all UAE tax and regulatory requirements.
We are not responsible for penalties or delays arising from incomplete or incorrect client-provided information.

4. Fees & Payments
Service fees will be communicated and agreed prior to engagement.
All invoices must be paid within the agreed timeline.
Late or non-payment may lead to suspension of services.
All fees are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
At Arabian Chartered Accountants LLC, we maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. Data will not be disclosed to any third party, except:
As required by UAE law or regulatory authorities, or
With prior written consent from the client.

6. Limitation of Liability
Although we ensure professional diligence, Arabian Chartered Accountants LLC will not be liable for:
Penalties due to late or incorrect information provided by the client.
Errors or delays caused by external systems (banks, portals, regulators).
Business losses resulting from decisions made solely based on our reports or advice.

7. Compliance with UAE Laws
All services are provided in line with the requirements of:
Federal Tax Authority (FTA)
Other relevant UAE regulations
Clients are ultimately responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

8. Training & Consultancy Disclaimer
Training and consultancy services are provided for advisory and educational purposes. Implementation and decision-making remain the responsibility of the client.

9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
Any outstanding fees must be cleared before termination.
We reserve the right to discontinue services in cases of legal or ethical violations.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
